About Kristen Thingvold
After a very successful two years in Miami, Kristen decided to move back to Minneapolis where she will be heading up our Mid-West operations. We wish her all the success in the world.
Kristen is a determined young professional that has started her career working primarily in the banking and finance industry. She began her experience by working with bank department managers in Human Resources and Marketing at a small community bank before making the transition to a recruitment administrator at the U.S. Bank headquarter office in Minneapolis, MN. Kristen’s educational background entails a degree in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship, as well as a minor in Management Information Systems.
About Benjamin Tosado
Ben is passionate about enabling business with technology. Throughout his career he has worked with hundreds of organizations including government agencies and Fortune 500s to solve business problems with technology.
Throughout his 10 year tenure at Conquest as a Founder, Principal and Head of Sales and Technical teams, he has built a practice focused on Microsoft communications solutions. At Conquest, an independent company he has led his team to architect, design, deploy and support solutions for some of Microsoft’s most valued customers.
Prior to founding ConQuest Technology Services he served as the Systems Engineer with Dade County Public Schools and LAN Associates. His engineering experience and expertise spans a wide range of vendors and technologies with particular specialization around Microsoft solutions.
Ben is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and a Microsoft Virtual Technical Solutions Professional.
Ben studied management information systems at the University of Florida. He is an active member of the International Association for Microsoft Certified Partners (IAMCP), a recognized author and writes for several technology publications including Redmond Magazine.
Ben resides in the Miami area with his wife and daughter.
About Jon Sastre
Jon is the CEO and President of ConQuest Technology Services located in Coral Gables, Florida. He has served as a business leader with 20 years’ experience in the Information Technology field, primarily focusing on the delivery of Professional Technology Services and Technical Training. Jon launched his career in the early 90’s while supporting IT infrastructures for the banking and travel industries. Throughout his career in the corporate world Jon has successfully mastered various roles, working as a Network Engineer, Software Implementer, evolving into teaching as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and providing Consulting and Virtual CIO services.
Jon’s broad and varied forms of education have furthered his ability to give back to his community. His technical certifications and experience combined with his Bachelor’s & Master’s Degrees in Management and Information Systems from Florida International University combined with his entrepreneurial spirit converge to provide a unique ability to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and business operational maturity understanding.
Jon gives his time and serves the technology community in a number of industry leadership roles, as President US and Secretary of the Global Board of Directors, for the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners.
Originally from South Florida, Jon spent a number of years residing in Houston, Texas and Chicago, Illinois and currently resides in Coral Gables with his wife and two daughters.
Ehsan brings over 15 years of sales and business development expertise combined with an intuitive skill for assessing individual talent and organizational needs when he begins a search for a client. He has conducted a multitude of searches for IT Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, PMO Manager, Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, IT Sales Representatives, Business Development, and other top-level positions. Ehsan has a successful track record of identifying and qualifying companies and candidates to ensure the correct fit, in talent, company culture and longevity.

About Alex Kahn
Alex started his business development career in 2017 after working at the headquarters for a large corporate firm. With a degree in Retail, Merchandising and Product Development from the Florida State University, Alex brings his passion for customer satisfaction to his everyday interactions with his current clients, consultants and team members.

About Dimitri Alexander
Dimitri was born and raised in Miami, Florida and began his career in technology during his teenage years as a Web/iOS developer. Attending Florida International University majoring in Information Technology, Dimitri began his career shortly thereafter managing Server and Network infrastructure for one of the largest vocational Microsoft & Cisco academies in the United States. Dimitri eventually went on to take a Lead Sales Engineer role serving as a trusted advisor for a Technology Consulting Firm in South Florida.
During his tenure as Lead Sales Engineer, Dimitri has learned a plethora of technologies including Cloud, Mobility, DaaS, and SaaS offerings as well as the importance of business continuity and compliance in Health, Finance, Education and Retail verticals. Dimitri prides himself in understanding the roadblocks his clients face and coming up with innovative ways to create a synergy between people and technology.
Dimitri now resides in Doral, Florida and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Having developed a name for herself as a Project Management Consultant of the Hospitality Industry in Central America over the last 10 years, Alejandra is a passionately engaged professional in making and nurturing fruitful business alliances that bear successful outcomes. Her experience is as broad as having opened coffee shops and restaurants; training, forming and building teams of professionals in the service industry for luxury resorts. She began her career as a Chef’s apprentice in 2006, and has prepared herself to be a well-rounded business professional by working for mayor companies such as Mearsk Line and Philip Morris International in the Sales and Marketing departments.
Born in Miami and raised in Nicaragua, she has worked in Europe, South America and the United States. About Stephen Nimer
After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University, Stephen began his career in the public service sectors. His time at the Miami Beach Police Department was spent in the Tech Services Department, overseeing audit reviews and regulatory compliance of the station. While at Assurant, Stephen did information technology security review and audits. Stephen then switched gears to work as a teacher for Miami Dade Public Schools; giving back to the community and understanding peoples needs is his strength. Stephen is a personable and diligent young professional, and along with his diverse experience, brings great work ethic to the Benjamin Douglas team.
